LogiKal safely and efficiently guides the user through the entire process.
The first step in LogiKal is elements input. An advanced logical controlled process during input allows to offer only the right components and solutions at the appropriate stage.
Calculations. LogiKal automatically determines the appropriate price of all elements. Purchase prices are calculated by the program on the bases of cutting optimization and working hours and are formed based on the selected design and components, etc.
Modelling. A wide range of rules and regulations are integrated into the program, which makes it possible to insert data from the customer quickly and, at the same time, safely.
Changes. If the dimensions of the object require adjustment, then all changes made are instantly linked to the function of the history changes tracking.
Preliminary calculation of statics. Based on regional conditions and the installation area, LogiKal will determine the impact of loads and ensure the optimal dimensions of each component from an economic point of view.
Optimal quantitative calculation. LogiKal automatically calculates material quantity for the order. Material cutting is optimized based on the profiles lengths, components calculation equal to package, sheets and panels based on existing formats.
CAD modelling. LogiKal CAD offers a complete CAD system with extensive project creation tools. LogiKal provides a reliable interface that allows receiving quick access to CAD programs directly from LogiKal.
Production planning. LogiKal automatically generates a wide list of documentation and production drawings for production. No additional hardware programming is required.
CNC control equipment. LogiKal provides support for almost all CNC double-headed miter saws, as well as machining centers currently available on the market for the production of aluminum and PVC products.
